The FLUX Alliance is an RT program for international travelers who want to avoid lengthy queuing at departure and arrival immigration/security check points.
The FLUX pilot runs until May 2010
After the pilot, other countries can join the Alliance, which will mean a considerable increase in the number of international destinations that offer fast border passage
Open for Dutch and American citizens since only citizens of participating countries can apply
FLUX applicants become a member of both the Dutch Privium program and the US Global Entry program

Enrolment entitles a trusted traveler to become a member of both Privium and Global Entry in the Netherlands and the USA respectively
Fast border passage at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and major airports in the USA
No more completing immigration and customs forms when traveling to the USA
Authorities of participating countries (border/immigration authorities) perform applicants background screening to check the applicants trustworthiness
Background check status regularly updated to ensure FLUX participant remains trusted
All information is held according to each country’s privacy laws
For US citizens: Global Entry: expedited border crossing in USA
For EEA and Swiss Citizens: Privium: fast border passage and preferential traveller services in the Netherlands
For all Nationals: Expedited border crossing and preferential passenger services in Indonesia (Saphire)
